German Osio and Andrea Volpe have crafted a great place that will bring us back over and over. The only real choice is whether we go to Local Bistro or Central Bistro!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMA Great Little Secret!This was our fifth trip to Central Bistro. We dined early, about 5pm. The large glass window walls were open so dining inside had all the flavor of the outside dining area without the afternoon heat. The noise level was much better than the 7-9pm times and more like the 11-1AM time. (you can get an unhurried gourmet meal late since they serve the entire menu through to 1 AM ordering). As always the service and food were impeccable. I had a medium rare Red snapper...awesome!...and my wife had The peered shrimp which includes true prawns (a shrimp weighing in at least half a pound.
