  • "Nice service, 12pm was not crowded. A good time was had by all for lunch. (Rainy day too.) Arrive early for parking or carpool."

  • "when we got there the hostess had no idea what opentable was. She said they didn't use it. Which was confusing since i had the email to show her on my phone. She didn't understand, so i would probably not use the opentable to place a reservation there, since they were clueless. We did get seated rather fast once she realized that it was just myself and my fiance and our service was awesome. The food was good, the service was great. i really love this neighborhood gem."

  • "My father in law swears by this place. After a few visits I see why he loves it and I hate it. Food is bland, not spicy, and tastes like it came out of a can. The place never has people in it. That is until senior citizens come in droves to have "Mexican food" to mix it up from their normal "American" fare. The only thing that makes this place decent is that the chips and salsa are bountiful and the staff is truly Hispanic. Unless you are over 50 check out el charro for some solid food and strong drinks!"

  • "This is a great family style restaurant with good comfort food. I wouldn't recommend as a date spot but for 2 friends stopping by after relaxing massages, it fit the bill. We received everything we wanted that day...fast service, good service, good comfort food that came very quickly. No complaints!"

  • "Good and safe Mexican food probably won't disappoint but not terribly exciting. Chicken enchiladas (covered with too much melted cheese) and mole enchiladas were good. Good roasted red chili salsa but chips were too greasy and paper thin. Margaritas with agave nectar were great - over ice (probably too much) and no salt - and the highlight of the dinner. Service was ok on a not too busy night. After waiter served us our drinks and meals, we didn't see him until after we finished. We had hoped to order another round of margaritas before getting too far into our meals."

  • "We took a big group from work to Celia's and the service was great. We had many vegetarians in the group and the waiter did a great job of explaining all the vegetarian options. Everyone complimented the food and the pitchers of margaritas were a hit. Even the people from Guadalajara thought the food was very good!"

  • "This place is a chain and I have no idea how it stays open. We went on a Thursday at 5pm with a group of about 10, a going away party. The happy hour is pretty weak, and combined with the service, the entire experience was regrettable. As an example: the bartender was also the waiter out on the porch. Needless to say, our drinks arrived so slowly and sporadically that most of us just went up to the bar to get them, something he never even commented on; the back porch where we were seated has pillars holding up the ceiling, and they squeezed two long tables together between the pillars and the wall. Most of us needed a crow bar to get in and out of our seats. The food was also very mediocre, though it did come out fast and hot."

  • "Great food. I love the Chile Verde, it tastes like you are eating home cooking. We go here alot and its very consistent. We had a group of 14 seated just as we ordered and we were worried we'd get lost in the chaos. Didn't happen, they took great care of us and the big group. We appreciated the service crew keeping us on the radar."

  • "We arrived with our group for eight. The table was ready and we were seated quickly. Server was immediately attentive. Drink service was good. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend."

  • "Exactly what we expected for a traditional Mex meal. Fajitas were really good."

  • "Tough call. Had always gone to a different location. This one is not quite as nice and we were, as seems to happen to Open Table reservation holders (or just me??), sat on the converted parking lot into a pretty open, and cold, dining area. After moving inside, the food, when it arrived, was as good as we knew elsewhere but the service was, charitably, challenging. They were busy and a repeat visit will tell the story if it was that night or this location. Good food, fair prices and great portions though."

  • "Very good food, however, be aware that they don't have Margaritas since they can only serve beer and wine at this time, unlike the other Celia's restaurants which serve great Margarita's. Hopefully, they will get this license soon but, until they do, it was disappointing not to be able to have real Margarita's."

  • "We had a group of 10 & they were set up & ready for us. Everyone was very happy with their dinner. We paid in cash & there was some issue about being short (which was odd as I checked the money about four times), but the waiter did not push me to make up the difference. I thought that was marvelous. Something must have gone amiss on the walk between the table & the cash register. Parking was really tough, however."

  • "We had a large group (20) and they seated us at a long table. Everyone enjoyed their food and had a great time! There were a few inevitable mistakes in orders given the large size of the group, but they handled these quickly with no fuss."

  • "We had a group of 15 for an after-work happy hour celebration and had a great time. The food and drink was surprisingly affordable and the outdoor seating was a perfect mix of casual and fun dining. We ended up ordering 3 pitchers of fruit-flavored margaritas (they also had the most extensive list we've ever heard - strawberry, kiwi, guava, mango, original, and more?) and some ordered beer or sodas. We also received 3 sampler appetizers as part of their Happy Hour special, which was great to snack on with the additional orders of guacamole, chips & salsa, and 2 special sampler plates. We will definitely come back again for our next celebration!"

  • "We had not been to Celia's in a quite awhile and decided it would be a good spot for birthday dinner for 10 with 2 children in tow. The server was great, drinks were good but the food was kind of blah. Some dishes were better than others but overall concensus was food was plain and some of the meat was dry. It was unfortunate as the overall ambiance and the waiter were great. Not sure if cook has changed or what happened with food."
