The dogs could enter through the back without breaking any health rules and the other diners were very accepting and warm. Although the restaurant was crowded, it was quiet enough so that you could hear your companion speak.

It's as good as Italian restaurants in Japan! Believe it or not, Italian restaurants in Japan are far more authentic than those in the US. We understand the concept of Al Dente because Japanese food also has noodle culture like Udon and Soba (buckwheat noodles). Average American restaurants serve pasta too overcooked like baby foods. But this restaurant serves them just right! However, at Celestino's we were able to split 4 courses and the portions were large enough to satisfy us all. We had the insalata rustica, risotto special with ground sausage, sole and panna cotta.
