Had dinner with my boyfriend on Saturday. Our server name was Kimberly, and she was fantastic. Their wine list was bit weak, but had few good california wine. Their martini selections were good. Their calamari was absolutely delicious, the heat from jalapeno tartar sauce was a nice touch.

My wife had the prime rib, it was tasty but, seemed to have as much fat as eatable meat more so than normal in my opinion. I had the shrimp scampi, good presentation, I prefer a little more flavor but, it was good. the desert was a Valentines chocolate cake, good presentation and taste but, a little dry. The service was excellent! Over all we had a wonderful time! We'll be back!

I liked the atmosphere, the server was very kind as well. The drinks were great...the food could have been better. I was actually quite surprised! It all looked great, but just didn't taste great. My husband and I were dressed to a "T" ready for a fabulously romantic night, and they seated us at a table in the walkway...where we could not even have a quiet conversation together, or reach each other. Sadly, instead of enjoying our time there, the check came QUICKLY after we ate, and we were eager to find a second location to spend some time together.

Our Valentine's menu was awful! Husband's prime rib at almost $40 was a mess, full of fat and gristle, unappetizing. My chicken dish was over-priced and thrown together with undercooked vegetables and mashed potatoes that had chunks of potatoes in them. We will never go back. This was the third chance for us with this retaurant as the ambience is nice and it is local, but strike out for Cedar Creek.

Excellent food, a bit over-priced but fine for special occasions. However, the enclosed patio was too cold as the heaters were not placed in areas that would heat all of the tables on the patio.

My wife and I came here for Valentines dinner. The service was fantastic. The food was also great with large portions. You would think you were eating at Claim Jumper you got so much food. Nice ambiance, quiet, and very romantic lighting. We plan on returning in the future. My wife has come here in the past with her friend for happy hour and alway told me how nice it was but never for dinner. If you go, try the Chateaubriand, you will not be disappointed. That was the most tender meat I have ever tasted, no knife needed. EXCELLENT!

Wonderful experience for 4 long-time friends (women) for a belated Christmas gathering. Due to So. Cal. traffic, two people in the party were 30-mins. late and our server, Cassidy, allowed us time to chat rather than rush us. We possibly overstayed our welcome as the restaurant readied the restaurant for the dinner crowd but, again, we were reassured that there was no need to rush or leave. Great location/service for a mini-reunion for a group of friends.

Six of us went to Cedar Creek Inn on the 27th. Two meals were hamburgers which were ok, but the other meals were not. The chicken /brie was hard-fried and was sent back, the pot roast was stringy and the beef medallions turned out to be one medallion and three small shrimp a very skimpy meal for the price. The other meal was just ok I guess. We were so disappointed! It was our son's birthday and we had looked forward to a special dinner. I marked down the ambience as it was very dark and noisy. We will not return.

I was a bit disappointed in the restaurant actually. The restaurant had been recommended by a colleague for our celebration luncheon for academic interns. We had a group of six so we required a large round table - it was in the middle of an open room and it was very noisy. The sandwiches are so high everyone had trouble eating them and began taking them apart. The waitress was overly busy so not very attentive. All in all I was expected a much nicer dining experience. I wish I had chosen Taps in Fullerton for our luncheon. I am not sure that I will be back.

The atmosphere for New Years Eve was very festive. The resturant is ALWAYS decorated beautifully but especially so during Christmas and the holidays. The food was perfect and our waiter was right there for us dispite the fact it was extremely busy. Thanks you for a memorable evening.

We went on New Years Eve and didn't realize there was a special menu for the evening. Selections were good but limited and pricier than their usual menu. We ate at Cedar Creek Inn with a large group of friends which seemed to overwhelm our server. However, once the food finally made it to the table, everyone was thrilled with thier choices, especially those who ordered the delicious pork chop. Nothing dry or old fashioned about this pork chop. It was moist and cleverly seasoned and sauced. Delious. We'll be going back, but with a smaller group.
