CavaMany delicious bites.No 'main' courses means that this excellent restaurant's dinner style is dim sum-esque. Not that the food is anything similar but you order many small appetizers all of excellent quality. Really recommend the octopus; so tasty!!!

Our female server who has been there many years, (I don't recall her name) as always was a pleasure to be with. We did for the first time the tasting menu about 8 courses, memorable was the beet salad, the venison, the flatiron steak, and according to our dining partners the Baked Alaska. Great ambiance, friendly service and extensive selection of wine. Big flavour on each bite. We really enjoy the forty eight hour marinated beef brisket with white puree (the puree is to die for!), duck magret and the kingfish ceviche.

They were even able to accommodate two opposing tastes in one dish.
