Both times there seemed to be confusion with the hostesses seating people. They should come up with a better process. But besides that, the servers are nice, and the food is excellent. The first of these I've tried, Catelli Duo, was a real treat.
My family and I attended on a Saturday evening during Mother's Day weekend. The crowd was light when we arrived around 5:00p, but by 6:00p there was a great crowd there. The food was delicious across the board, from my mother's spaghetti pomodoro to my brother's Salmon Oscar. Overall the pricing isn't awful - the red meat is a bit marked up, but the wine (by the glass) and seafood were surprisingly reasonable. The dessert menu and appetizers were particularly notable - great selection and quality.

The service was very good- Our waiter ask me to try my steak first before he left to see if correctly cooked. Never had that- It was very good.
Great area that was like your in the city with stores and walk ways.

Our dinner was unbelievable. My friend had a grilled veal chop with brandy peppercorn glaze. It was incredible. We also tried the blackened shrimp and calamari which were exquisite. Our waitress, Anne, was attentive and took great care of us.

Started with the cheesesteak eggrolls and stuffed longhots - WOW. I had the lobster bisque as well and it was amazing. My wife has the grilled chicken panini and I had the short rib grilled cheese. But the highlight of the meal might have been the krispy kreme bread pudding...out of this world.
