  • "My husband and I visited for Sunday brunch. Complimentary mimosa or bellini - we opted for the Strawberry Bellini, it was a little light on the strawberry. We split the French Toast Sticks appetizer - DELICIOUS! I had an omelette which I was able to pick 4 items to add to it from a nice list of veggies, cheese, meat and egg whites. I opted for fruit instead of potatoes and they were very accomodating. My husband had eggs, chicken, bruschetta and he raved about the bacon and bruschetta. The bacon was cooked just right. We were stuffed but the desserts sounded delicious, especially all the 'cello options, all made in house - limoncello, watermeloncello, etc. We definitely want to return again for dinner and brunch with the kids."

  • "I have been to Catelli before when it was on Main Street and it was wonderful. Catelli Duo is just as wonderful. Loved everything I ordered and the service was great. It was a little loud when we got there but as the night went on it become a little quieter. This is on my list to go back."

  • "While the food was good I was disappointed by the service. My wife ordered one of the specials and asked if one item, a shrimp cake could be replaced with a potato or something along that line since she does not eat shrimp. The server claimed he did not think so because everything was portion prepared, which was a lame excuse for his not wanting to find out. For what you pay for dinner at Catelli Duo I would have expected a better response. With all the good restaurants in south jersey why should I go to a place that can't accommodate a simple request."

  • "Have been here 3x's and food has been great each time. Love the mussels, and petite crab cake apps especially. Service has been great also and pricing is fair. Very modern decor inside with a really cool firepit with seating outside. I'd like to try that out before the weather gets too warm. My only critique is most tables are tiny and really close together. You can't really have a private conversation if the restaurant is packed."

  • "We went during restaurant week. Although they were very busy, the staff was very organized and hospitable. The service was outstanding. We never waited for a drink or an extra fork! Excellent menu choices and the portions were suitable for the number of courses offered! Can't wait to go back for regular dining!"

  • "Loved everything about this place! We took my mom for her birthday and ordered a bunch of small apps to start. Cheesesteak spring rolls are amazing! Drinks were great, service perfect and love the style of the restaurant. Great place for a Sunday night birthday dinner with family or a place to meet up with friends. Outside looked very cool too! Hope to be back soon! It's been a while since I've encounterd an all-over great place!"

  • "The service was excellent and the food was good. Veal chop was great but the chicken parm meatballs were bland. The price point is a little high-$100 for two of us. Atmosphere was nice but by 8pm it was getting very crowded."

  • "On arrival, we were given a table right under a vent blowing cold air. When the food arrived, one was perfect, one cold and one burnt. Obviously the kitchen staff knew the pancake was burnt and the better looking one was placed on top. When we pointed out the burnt pancake, she took the entire plate back to the kitchen to show them it was burnt. After about 10 minutes, new pancakes came out, raw on the inside. We asked for the manager, who was very apologetic and offered a free dessert, which we declined. We also declined the offer of yet another pair of replacement pancakes.All in all, a negative experience from the kitchen. Won't e back, won't recommend to anyone."

  • "My family came together for dinner to celebrate my brother's birthday. The dinner style was perfect for each of our preference for the type of meal (vegetarian vs meat) and portion size (large vs small). The food was delicious. All of us enjoyed our meal. Our waitress was great. She was patient and informative since it was our first time. The busboy was wonderful, we never had to ask for water. I definitely recommend this restaurant. I would go back again."

  • "I have been there several times and had a co-worker from Maine in for a visit and was taking her and another co-worker to dinner. I had talked about my previous meals there so much and they wanted to try it. From our server to the food, and even the other customers around us, it was a great experience. We are all looking forward to the next time we have dinner to go to, you can bet it will be at Catelli Duo."

  • "Overall the service was decent, and the restaurant is beautiful, however I was very disappointed in what turned out to be a pricey not-so-delicious lunch. Maybe it was an off-day, as my husband had stated it was much better the first time around. We both ordered a burger with bacon and both the bacon and roll were burnt (paid extra $3 for the burnt bacon). Truffle fries tasted like that had been dropped in the fryer 2x as they were beyond extra crispy. I noticed another table's order of truffle fries and they clearly were not overdone like ours were. I would have sent everything back, however, my husband had to get back to work. Very disappointed."

  • "The food - as always - was excellent and the server pleasant and very good. The experience was completely ruined by the fact they moved us through like it was a cafeteria. I've had meals at Burger King that were more relaxed than this. We sat down, decided on an appetizer and tried to order that while we perused the menu, only be informed that "the chef will only accept complete orders on Saturday night." The second we ate the last bite of the appetizer our server swept the plates off the table and our meals were in front of us before our server even got our replacement silverware or my steak knife on the table. The entire meal, from arrival to check paid, took 45 minutes. Completely unacceptable. It will be a long time before we return."

  • "I know many people who might have trouble with the noise level---all hard surfaces and noisy space. The bar is partitioned off with see-through wine racks which does not insulate the noise and spoils the view if you like to watch the bar scene. The food was excellent and the waitress did a good job of explaining the menu so we ended up with exactly what we wanted to eat."

My only complaint would be that they have daily specials or draw the restaurant week menu from their menu. That way if we did go back when it wasn't restaurant week we could order something we enjoyed before."

  • "Everything was perfect from the minute we walked in the door, until we all walked out raving about our meals. The spring pea & shellfish bisque was amazing as was the Branzino. Everything was perfectly prepared and the portions were larger than I expected. We were almost too full for dessert............almost!! Our server was extremely professional and even on such a busy evening, we did not feel rushed. One of the best dining experiences I've had in quite awhile. We can't wait to go back!"

  • "I recently had dinner here for restaurant week and if I could give more stars for food and service I would. This place has a wide assortment of small or lge. plates so according to your appetite and budget you are good to go. Every course was innovative from the "mac&cheese to the dessert.The service was informative,friendly and very helpful. I loved the new drink menu and would go back for the Watermelon Mojito alone well,and the cornacopia of choices from the menu."

  • "We usually go to another restaurant during Spring restaurant week...but the one we go to didn't have an appealing menu. I was so excited about Catelli's menu we made immediate reservations and am so glad that I did! The service was absolutely spectacular from the seating hostesses to the water boy we were made to feel like we were VIPs. The manager came to us twice to chat and even had our cars brought up for us when we were ready to leave. I had to send back a drink because it was too strong for me and the change was made with no hesitation. Our portions of food were ample and prepared to perfection. Desserts, well, there are no words for the dessert except AMAZING! 5 stars! My new favorite restaurant."

  • "This is one of the two best restaurants I've been to in South Jersey (the other being Cafe Madison in Riverside). The food is as good as at any of the fine dining in Philly, which is saying a lot, because Philly is a destination for foodies from all over the country. Everything we had was wonderful. The restaurant week menu had more choices than those menus typically do, and my boyfriend and I both had a difficult time narrowing our selections down (that never happens--usually there's only one thing in each course that appeals to me). Our waiter was charming and attentive. The restaurant itself is beautiful in a modern style. I can't wait to go back."

  • "we totally enjoyed our visit to Catellis. I bar was crowded but we had 2 seats and the rest of our crowd were at the seats with the bar rail, and that worked out well. The food was terrific! Great selection and everyone loved their selection. The menu was extensive for Restaurant Week. The best around. Bartenders and servers were both attentive and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to go back to Catellis."

  • "I've been to Catelli Duo for my wife's birthday (party of twelve), their Jameson and Cigar event, their Francis Ford Copolla event, and now restaurant week. It does seem they're still learning how to control the ebb and flow of the events, they're always very willing to listen to your input and accommodate any way they can. Their food is excellent and varied. While I wouldn't consider myself a connoisseur, I do enjoy good food and I can't tolerate low quality. Catelli Duo has always exceeded my expectations and I can't say enough how good everything has been there. Their desserts are very, very unique. Ask for Frankie! He serves us at the wine event and for restaurant week and he's always so energetic and pleasant."

  • "We went there for SJ Restaurant week and had a fabulous meal! Lots of selections for the restaurant week menu and the food was extremely well prepared and cooked. Lamb chops were among the best I've tasted any where. Our server was very attentive and the restaurant manager came by to see that all was well. The bar was a bit noisy but, at our request, we were seated near the back a bit away from the worst of the noise. I look forward to enjoying a meal at Catelli Duo again soon."
