Catelli DuoBirthday BrunchCelebrated my sister's birthday with lunch at Catelli's this past Sunday. It was terrific. The Eggs Benedict was wonderful. Bloody Mary was very nice. Hope to get back to enjoy their patio. I will always miss the "old" Catelli's, but Sunday's Brunch was terrific! After having our first table (right near kitchen) moved, we were lucky to have Chris as our waiter. He was courteous, well informed, and made great suggestions on how to order. all of the things we ordered were very good. the restaurant itself is beautiful, and immaculate.
many service people working, and water and bread were constantly filled. excellent wine list, and many choices by the glass, at reasonable prices for the area. The ambience, the menu selection, the staff and the awesome drink selections. I love the fact that you can select a smaller dish to sample or a regular size entree style dish. Hence the name Cafe Duo. My wife, daughter and I have found a gem hidden in the rough and now have a favorite restaurant when in Vorhees. I had several drinks and they were perfectly mixed to my liking, my wife had the Rigatoni Bolognese, my daughter had the Eggplant parm, and I had a special that was offered by the waiter. The first time we went, we had a reservation, but still waited 15 minutes for a table. Both times there seemed to be confusion with the hostesses seating people. They should come up with a better process. But besides that, the servers are nice, and the food is excellent. Highly recommended.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMAnother (Great) Find in VoorheesRoughly a year after Voorhees Town Center lost a real gem in Fire Creek, the area is starting to pick back up again with quite a few top-notch restaurants. The first of these I've tried, Catelli Duo, was a real treat.
My family and I attended on a Saturday evening during Mother's Day weekend. The crowd was light when we arrived around 5:00p, but by 6:00p there was a great crowd there. The food was delicious across the board, from my mother's spaghetti pomodoro to my brother's Salmon Oscar. Overall the pricing isn't awful - the red meat is a bit marked up, but the wine (by the glass) and seafood were surprisingly reasonable. The dessert menu and appetizers were particularly notable - great selection and quality.

The service was very good- Our waiter ask me to try my steak first before he left to see if correctly cooked. Never had that- It was very good.

Our dinner was unbelievable. My friend had a grilled veal chop with brandy peppercorn glaze. It was incredible. We also tried the blackened shrimp and calamari which were exquisite. Our waitress, Anne, was attentive and took great care of us.

Started with the cheesesteak eggrolls and stuffed longhots - WOW. I had the lobster bisque as well and it was amazing. My wife has the grilled chicken panini and I had the short rib grilled cheese. But the highlight of the meal might have been the krispy kreme bread pudding...out of this world.
