Catch Twenty Three - TampaGreat Local SpotWe stopped by for an early dinner on a Saturday evening. We were delighted to find that they have an early dinner special, so we gave that a try. The portion sizes were perfect since we were going out afterwards and couldn't take leftover with us. The service and food were very good. The noise level for this visit was unusually high, due to the bar being packed with folks watching the Kentucky Derby and Cinco de Mayo, but it cleared out pretty quickly once the race ended, and it was back to normal. The food didn't disappoint us and was as great as usual. We go here often, probably at least 3 times a month. The menu has so many options that you don't have to keep repeating any item, although the mussels are so special, with the bacon and blue cheese.
