Oysters, also $22 for 6 were small but tasty. They say to share the dishes, but they are very small. The pasta with crab was also $22 and very very small portion. I think restaurants use the word "tapas" to mean very small plates. And they try and get you to order a whole bunch of the "tapas" and it adds up very quickly. The place is very casual, the service we had was very good. The upstairs has the "hot food" open kitchen which can make it warm, but they put on the a/c at our request and it was fine. I had the scallops and cauliflower, my husband had the swordfish, simply grilled with lemon and herb olive oil. For appetizers we had the mahi mahi wonton tacos, macaroni and lobster cream, different sushi dishes, and then had the nerve to have dessert! Everything was cooked to perfection! We couldn't have been happier with the very knowledgeable servers and staff and appreciated the perfect bottle of wine recommended by our server. We had about 5 or 6 small plates and split a dinner. We loved the MRC roll, we ordered a second, but all the plates were well prepared and delicious. Desert was OK, Chocolate brownie, but wife loved the Sorbet, but can you really do bad with sorbet. Wait staff were very attentive, engaging and present.

Only complaint is the offering on the wine lists does not have any lower end pricing for some fabulous wines. Pros: great space, cool location, fun cocktail list (try the Iris!), super tasty food. We really enjoyed the littlenecks, fluke crudo, and dungeoness crab spaghetti.
Cons: Seriously, the only Chardonnay by the glass is the $28 Cakebread? Why not offer your guests another Chardonnay by the glass in the $12-18 range? And when you call a dish cioppino, your guests will expect seafood in a delicious broth. The dry seafood surrounded by tomato paste on the plate? Not cioppino. Very disappointing.

The presentation was on the money and the flavors were out of this world. We tried the catch roll which melted in your mouth. We also had the lobster rolls and the lobster mac and cheese which was delicious. We also ordered the scallops it the artichoke sauce which was so flavorful. The mussels were in the most delicious galic butter scauce I have had in a long time. We order the salmon with the spicy tomato sauce and the mahi mahi in the lemon herb sauce and they were both cooked to perfection. The strip steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked well. My friends and I were extremely satisfied with our experience. The desserts (we had all of them) are out of this world.
