"We had a very nice dinner with excellent service. We were seated in a smaller side room with 3 other tables dining, so noise was moderate. Our waitress was excellent and we asked for her reccommendations on menu selections which were very good. The wine list had a wide range of options including prices which is appreciated. Accolades to the chef, the food had great texture, taste, and presentation."

"We were visiting the area and heard about the restaurant by RI native friend. The view is beautiful, panoramic view of the ocean. We were there for lunch not too much choices, but it was okay. My husband got steak sandwich which was basically fancy side of Philly cheese steak; I had grilled salmon dish over english pea risotto. It was very good. Cocktail (ginger pear?) was very yummy and stiff. We would like to stay there next time."

"easter brunch..overpriced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Food was horrible !won't be back. We go to some of the best restaurants around New England and this place gets you because of their view."

"The Easter Brunch buffet was outstanding. Every table has beautiful views of Newport Harbor. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable, without being intrusive. This is definitely a "special occasion" venue, since the price-tag is quite high."

"It was our first dinner at Castle Hill Inn and we were very pleased with the entire experience. Our waiter was top notch, the food was expertly prepared, portions were perfect and we were very satisfied with every aspect of our meal. We can't wait to go back!"

"I thought the view was excellent and the service was great as well. The food was good, but we left spending about $126, which I thought was far too much for the food. We spent around the same amount for 3 courses with a bottle of wine at Tallulah the night before, and that was a true culinary experience. We live in NYC and are more than happy to spend a lot for excellent food, however, I jut didn't feel like the meal was worth what we spent."

"The location was gorgeous! Nice view all around the dining area...nice fire going in the fire place and best of all the attention was superb. Being a New Yorker I am accustomed to being rushed out of a restaurant but, here they make you feel like you are home... The time between servings was at a nice pace and yet our glasses were never empty. I did see a few children...It may not be the most amusing location for a child to eat but, the staff was very welcoming to them."

"Delicious lobster hash. They gave us a free gift, because it was our anniversary! Gorgeous view. Snobby people all around, but that's expected with the area. Jazz band started around 1pm. I'd go back."
