Diner Reviews
  • "We had an unfortunate experience. We were seated at a table next to a family with triplets (fussy triplets), plus we were tucked in the back although on the water it became very hot. We should have asked to be moved. We had to ask for our waiter several times -- our drinks were gone and we had to ask for our waiter several times to reorder (I don't think he wanted to be around the fussy triplets either). I understand the need for parents to get out, but with an 8pm reservation. No Wonder the babies were fussy. Food was good but I've been here before and it was better the last time. I will go again but will speak up about where I sit and hopefully have a more attentive waiter."

  • "While the food is ok, the service was not good. They forgot 2 salads and my sons entree. The waiter didn't recognize when we needed more water, forks or silverware for eating. He also didn't speak my language which made in difficult to communicate. He also didn't understand that you bring salads first so our wait between ordering and the meal was 1 hour."

  • "We ordered the pear ravioli with truffle oil and that was great! Also ordered the lobster rissotto which was very nice as well. The decor is contemporary with a rustic feel very tastefully decorated. The view of the bay and the waterfront is great!"

  • "Can't get any fresher at Casablanca. With their own fishing fleet you are assured to get fresh fish and seafood. I have been visiting their fishmarket store for over 25 years and their sister restaurant on the river ever since they opened. The bay site is more elegant and has a beautiful view. Service could improve a bit specially on a busy night. Prices are in line with other seafood restaurant in Miami. Their Mojitos are excellent, their Tiraditos and specially their whole fried fish. As for Pez Perro ."

  • "Too expensive for what it is and what they offer....turned out to be over $50 per person (before the wine bottles) and we had a plastic menu. "

  • "The food was okay, definitely not worth $20+ per plate. But the view of the Miami River is really nice. I felt like I was paying for the view more than anything. Also, I had the oysters and they were super small. My relatives had the whole fried fish which was very good, too, but almost $30. I don't think I'll go back."

  • ""On the Bay" is the only reason this restaurant stands out. Food was OK but not a value for the prices. Service was OK but not at all noteworthy. I can't imagine that this restaurant has too many return customers that are coming for anything but the view."

  • "We have ordered octopus . There were no fresh as was the lobster served with pasta . The pasta was too much cooked . The ceviche was very poor and our friend was not feeling good after eating it . The prices are very high comparing with what you receive . Very noisy and no pleasant ambiance. We will never come back and we cannot recommand such a bad expérience"
