See u in the fall5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's Day at Casa D'angeloWe arrived on time for our Mother's Day dinner, greeted by an efficient , friendly hostess, to our surprise we were seated immediately. The dining room was attractive, the tables set with crisp white linens and flatware shined. The waiters asked about drinks and brought some delicious goodies . The staff was attentive. They just sensed the right timing, Throughout the visit. We shared a salad. It was presented beautifully to each of us. No problem. The bufalo mozzarella was outstanding. The 1/2 portion was large. My pasta dish was colorful, tasty and cooked to perfection. Dessert was the best tiramisu ever. Even the cappuccino was served hot and the foam thick and delicious. Friday night. Upon arrival it was very busy we had to wait around 15 or so minutes for the table but we enjoyed coctails at the bar, nice crowd. We were offered some cheese and olives from the barteder while we waited. When seated our server went through an extensive list of specials, from which we chose from. True authentic italian cuisine in FL! Don't even bother looking at the menu. The nightly specials list is a mile long and everything on it sounded fabulous. I had the freshly made gnocchi and it practically just dissolved in my mouth it was so light. My wife said her fish was like butter. And we started with stuffed zucchini flowers that were so light and delicate and delicious.
