Carve - Eastside Cannery Hotel & CasinoWe luv Roy!Our meal got off to a really bad start with an escagot appetizer that was not cooked properly and a sauce that was sour in taste.
Our waiter Roy, whom we always request removed the item and brought us a shrimp scampi app quickly. We shared a caprese salad with a great balsamic reduction and an anchovy flavor ceasar salad. Our entrees were great we all opted or italiand dishes that night having chicken picata and marsala. All great meals. Excellent service, food, and atmosphere, It can get a little pricey, BUT that is okay when you expect it. Everyone was very attentive, NOT hovering. Prime Rib was excellent, my wife's dinner of Filet and Lobster was a total ' "thumbs up".
