We had Roy as our server, and he took care of our every whim. Our table shared the delicious spinach salad, along with capresse. There was a scallop special ordered (with linguine), a rib-eye, and salmon. The breads served are to die for, both salads were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the salmon, and my friend didn't notice that I'd snagged a piece of her rib-eye. It was absolutely delicious. The meal was extremely reasonable and plentiful. With 2 cocktails each, salads, entrees, and a la carte veg, oh, and dessert...we ordered two for the table...creme brulee and a chocolate extravaganza cake, the bill came in about $70 per person including a healthy tip for our amazing service.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMCasual, Comfortable and ElegantFor local casino restaurants, Carve is surely a gem.Good food, good service, and respectable ambiance. Excellent service, food, and atmosphere, It can get a little pricey, BUT that is okay when you expect it. Everyone was very attentive, NOT hovering. Prime Rib was excellent, my wife's dinner of Filet and Lobster was a total ' "thumbs up".
