  • "My wife and I ate there three years ago on our honeymoon, the food and service was so great we now return for our anniversary every year. Everytime we have gone Roy has never disappointed me on his recommendations, in fact he's opened my eyes to a new wine or meal. Roy also help make the occasion more special for my wife and I and I thank you for that. I do not like sweets but we had a tiramisu for dessert and it was divine."

  • "From the time we walked in, the ambience was very inviting. The service was outstanding and very prompt attention by our server. I recommend this restaurant for any occasion. They offered a variety of menu choices and affordable prices. There was truly something on the menu for everyone to enjoy. I had the 12oz Prime Rib and it was more than filling. Their Creme Brulee was absolutely the best I've ever tasted."

  • "I had the prime rib (medium). It was the fattiest piece of meat I ever had. I could not eat over half the order. Plus the boiled potatoes were not cooked throughly. Very disappointed. I will not be back at the restaurant."

  • "Ive been here several times before. Excellent food every time. This time I had the pork chop. It was moist and had a delious grilled flavor. The baked sweet potato with brown sugar cinnamon butter was a perfect addition.. I've previously had the filet and would definitely recommend it. Love the raisin bread in the bread basket! Very quiet, you would hardly know there is a casino right out the door. Prices reasonable for this type of restaurant."

  • "The quality of the food was poor. My wife's steak was tough and my prime rib was very dry. We requested additional sweet bread and were told that they ran out.Were there a 6pm, the restaurant was not full so it's hard to believe they ran out. Very disappointing."

  • "We were there for Valentines day. The service was very disappointing. We had to wait for someone to bring us a menu. Our waiter finally brought the menu and walked away without taking our drink order. approx. 5 minutes later he came back to take our and we had to ask him to take our drink order first. We waited quite a while only for him to come back . We waited quite a long while for our food while we watched other diners eating their dinner when they ordered after we did. The manager had to ask our server were our meals were. As I'm sure you know, the prices for Valentines day were not inexpensive and I feel that we did not get the service we paid for. This was a very disappointing experience on a very special day."

  • "The steaks were great. They were cooked to perfection. The sauteed mushrooms could have had more flavor but overall was good on my steak. The baked potato which is included in the price was huge. It was big enough to share. Overall the food was enjoyable but the service was lacking. The waiter seemed to be a little disoriented and confused and could not keep the orders straight. He kept forgetting to bring items to the table and was mixing up everyone's order."

  • "Food was good and prices were more reasonalbe than typical casino steak houses. However, service was very slow, and waiter was not knowledgable of menu. Wine list extremely limited. We ate there because we were attending a concert that night on the property. I might would try it again if we had reason to be on the property, but I would not go out of my way to eat there."

  • "I love Carve, have eaten there twice now and food was great both times. Little disappointed on Valentines Day that we could only order there menu and not from the regular menu but it was okay. The Chicken Picatta is best I've ever had and couldn't get it on Valentine's Day. Maybe next time. Don't like that they don't save a few tables aside for walk-ins. Twice we've been there and couldn't get in because we didn't have a reservation."

  • "We usually go to the Carve for special occasions, and we are never disappointed. We are greeted warmly by the staff. We always have our special waiter Roy, who treats us very well, and really makes us feel welcome. The food is always excellent with a great presentation. We plan on eating here again very soon. The ladies were presented with a long stem red rose."

  • "Our 4th visit and still a favorite for outstanding service and delicious meals. The food is consistant in quality and flavor, and the staff are attentive and welcoming, even though all our visits were "comped" by webcredit rewards certificates. Be sure to save room for the Chocolate Lava Cake...(get some other desserts to go, but eat this fresh!).... PERFECT for sharing (or not!) after a satisfying meal."

  • "For all you prime fans this place has a cut to fit any appetite.it was so tender you could cut it with a fork and it just melted in your mouth. I had the Ribeye it was seasoned perfectly and cooked to mid rare as asked. The service was fast and accurate the server was polite and knew the menu I recommend, you beef eaters won't be disappointed!"

  • "Not sure what happened, but Wednesday's buffet was TERRIBLE! Not only was most of the containers empty and people were standing and waiting for it to be filled, but when a customer told the waiter standing there, he stated, "There's still one more in it". There was no salad, BUT there was a spoonful left and there was one spinach thing - according to the waiter. The other problem is that if you don't eat salmon, chicken or prime rib.....there is nothing for you to eat, except mashed potatoes."

  • "We use to be big fans of Carve and Waverly's at both Cannery Casinos years ago. It has completely changed. The prices are extremely high for the quality of food. As in you can go to Sinatra at Encore and get real food for the same price. Carve's chicken marsala tasted frozen and definitely had a gelatinous gravy (processed) -- it also tasted like corn syrup. It was so unappetizing that we sent it back along with the horrible filet mignon that was dry and flavorless. Even their white chocolate bread tasted artificial and yeasty. There are no vegetarian offerings on this menu unless you order dairy filled sides. Never again."

  • "The past two years we celebrated Thanksgiving at the Carve with family having 14 people for dinner. This year only with 2 friends. Each time the service was excellent and the food also very good. I usually get the special turkey dinner and it never fails being what I expect. We always request Roy as we have known him for quite a while. He is great and treats us like family. No matter the size of our party we always feel welcome and made to feel at home. We go frequently and always on special occasions. We enjoy the Carve very much."

  • "This isn't Craftsteak, but it's 1/4 the price. The rib eye was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I also recommend the lobster bisque. There are better places to eat. But this is the best place for the price. This was the third time I ate here and the food has been consistent each time. I'll be back the next time I come to Las Vegas."

  • "Both of our steaks were cooked way overdone. My wife ordered "medium rare" and got "medium well." I ordered "medium" and got "well done." The steaks were very dry. The waiter offered to replace them but we did not want to wait another 20 minutes to eat. The "steak fries" were just a cut up baked potato fried in oil without much flavor."
