"Great ambience & atmosphere. Employees very friendly & top notch service. Multiple people in our party ordered the ribs. No rave reviews as we are more of the "fall off the bone" types. One guest ordered a steak -- excellently done. The bread/rolls they serve were sub-par. No texture to them so they almost seem state. Seems like such a simple thing to make, but their cole slaw is the best I've ever had."

"Carson's provided fine food and service to our group. The ribs and brisket were enjoyed by all. The waiter did an excellent job spacing out the meal and answering all questions. Having a mid-afternoon lunch birthday celebration at Carson's was an excellent choice."
