"Carson's Bistro is 2 for 2 with my family--loved it so much the 1st time, we had to return. Every dish we've collectively tried has been beyond expectations; the service is impeccable. The restaurant itself is lovely, full of interesting details, and I loved the view of flowering trees outside. Just a wonderful experience, every time."

"I thought the food was great...went with a group of six and five of us order steaks, which were all cooked to order perfectly. The crab cakes were delicious. Good-sized servings. Service was exceptional. Our waitress was impeccable...she was very thorough and very friendly. Did not wait long for anything. It was as close to perfect as possible! Definitely will return."

"We attempted to go to another nearby restaurant for Easter (at lunchtime). Closed! So I pulled out my iPhone, and found that our local restaurant (Carson's) had an opening in 15 minutes. This has been my "neighborhood gem" since moving to Ann Arbor about a year ago. Their steaks are wonderful (I had prime rib). We have always noted excellent service for the 8 or 9 times that we have dined at Carson's. Always a wonderful choice."

"I have been to Carson's before and enjoyed it but this time the service was so incredibly slow and our waiter looked like he was 15. At the end of the night, when things had slowed down, we ordered coffee and he did not even offer us refills. I brought our group there and was embarrassed. I would never bring a group there again. Also, I ordered a small cup of soup, salad, and a soft drink and my bill will over $20. Pricey for the food I ordered."

"We just celebrated a Birthday at Carson's and were very impressed that they paid attention to details. We were seated in a quiet booth as requested and our server was exceptional and very attentive and patient as we made our selections. Four of us were dinning and we each rated our food as outstanding. The prime rib was exceptional and the white fish was prepared perfectly. We will certainly dine there again."

"Food was great and plentiful! Wedge salad was huge! We went at 6:30 Pm and the restaurant was noisy with the after work crowd making conversation difficult at times. Want to go back on a different day and time to see if the ambiance can improve."
