It was a fun night. My husband watches comics on TV and I thought this would be a nice surprise. He had a great time.

  • Not for a pre-theatre dinner

This is a theatre and not a real restaurant. Yes, they serve food but the ambiance is horrible. We entered through a curtain and went down a long staircase into a nightclub. We were the only people there as we wanted a pre-theatre dinner close to the venue on Broadway. The wait staff was super-friendly so we decided not to bolt. The food was decent and for some in our party, quite good. No matter how good the food was, however, it couldn't overcome the depressing atmosphere. As we got closer to curtain time at our theatre people started arriving downstairs because they have their own show - it's a comedy club, after all.

We were very disapointed. We could not get the food we ordered even if it was on the menu. We received the bill before we could order the desert or coffee. if you do not go see the show, do not go there to eat. The waiter told us that it was not his fault, we had to pay and leave before the show started. Well, we did not like our experience.
