It's just a little beyond medium rare and works well with steaks that are bone in. It was perfect! Dinner was delicious!!!! The service was excellent too. After our dinner, our waitress came by and gave us a little envelope. When i opend it, they had made special menus for us that said Happy 11th Anniversary and our names on them. I thought that was so nice, then she came back with some cheesecake for us to enjoy. We started with the Lobster Bisque and Corn Chowder, which were delicious. Then our meat came out on the plate all by itself, no fancy presentation. We took our first bite and it melted in our mouths, then we understood why the steak was standing alone on the plate. The truffle mashed potatoes and roasted veggies were also done to perfection. We were expecting a great meal, but our expectations were easily exceeded. The wine list is extensive and diverse. The attention to detail by the service staff is unsurpassed, and the food itself was flavorful and done to perfection. The noise might be a bit heavy/loud, but still ok.
Since the meat was so good, the dessert was a bit disappointing- it couldn`t hold up to it (but was still very nice!)
