    From the quality of food and the impeccable service, everything was first-class. It's really difficult to find this level of quality and service in a place like Hong Kong. The staff was also very accommodating to my vegan diet. Great place to take your clients or for special occasions.

    We had 8:30 res on a Friday night. Arrived early, table not ready, said we'd enjoy the bar for a drink. Barely had our drink & we had to sit NOW, even tho we were enjoying the bar & getting to know the place. 1st waiter, sommelier, maitre'd very attentive at first. Ordered the large steak for 2, waiter made sure we were both happy, sending back when needed ( one prefers more well done) but steak . tho tasty, had a lot of gristle & fat. Sides were good. We were still finishing when all of a sudden we had a new fairly inexperienced waiter & the others had disappeared!! Understanding we were probably the last patrons but not a word about passing us on or thank you or anything & they were starting to clean up for the next day! NOT WORTH $600!

    One of the great disappointments of the past 10 years ... No dry aged ribeye left , all gone . service was arogant , wine over priced , seating uncomfortable ... Music was gangster rap with language and volume that was inappropriate ... This place might be broke in a year .. Less than half full .. dead empty would be my guess for the future .... What a shame .. How could one of New York's most iconic Chefs add their name to this place ...
