"I have never been disappointed with the experience at this restaurant. I can say that I have eaten at several Brazilian steakhouses and this is a legitimate experience that I would recommend to anyone who loves well prepared and executed meat."

"Carnival has an outstanding choice of items at the salad bar, in addition to (if you wish) a never-ending supply of meats served by "gouchos" at your table. The staff are friendly without being obnoxious. Our 8-year old likes choosing Carnival for special occasions...so it's a hit for the kids as well!"

"We had a very good meal at the Brazilian Grill March 14th. The highlights were the "Signature" steak, the grilled pineappple, and the salad bar. My wife ordered the shrimp, also ($8.00 extra)--they were cold and chewy---a total waste of $$$. The chicken parmagian was very dry and hard to swallow and also not very warm. We were there for Wednesday Wine night and so we received a botle of wine for half price. Excellent!! The papaya ice cream was also very good. I enjoyed the salad bar, but didn't want to overeat there. It was hard to keep the potatoes warm between carrying them our table and waiting for meat to arrive. Overall, stick to the steaks--they were the best."

"For those wanting to enjoy fine dining with a peaceful and pleasant ambience, this is the place. Exceptional service! The prices are somewhat high, however. The gauchos add an interesting pizazz to the dining experience."

"The food was good but a few of the meats were underbooked for my taste (very rare). Otherwise the food was very good. We were served the wrong drinks, and instead of fixing the problem, the waitress said she would bring us the right drink "the next time". We didnt like this, as the drinks are expensive!!"
