I just have a couple of suggestions to tifgten things up. When I tried the crab cakes which were outstanding I had to tell one of your servers that the remoulade sauce container was empty. I also noticed that there was a period of time(5 minutes) when on one was at the meat station. The meat server was in the back getting a fresh prime rib. However, someone else should have been there to serve the lamb and ham that was still available. The food was outstanding. Thank you for a great Easter.

It was absolutely fantastic from the food to the service.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent food, a bit noisyExcellent food, a bit noisy and sitting by the piano made it even more difficult to carry on a conversation. The waiter had a hard time hearing us because of the noise level. It did die down about 9pm and the dinner was much more pleasant afterwards. We will now have a snack and plan on eating dinner at a later time if we plan on eating at Carmen's from now on. The manager even came by to ask how our meal was and even gave us complementary champagne and desserts because it was my birthday.
