"The Manager sat us in a beautiful center table which simply took away all of our privacy as we were consistently interrupted by the captain and all waiters who passed by more frequent than one could really enjoy the beautiful ambiance nor the food. The food was quite bland. I had the crab cake and it tasted more like a tall fish cake and to mu surprise the ceasar salad even had lettuce roots. The bus boy had absolutely no manners. It is by far much more enjoyable to have a bite to eat at the entrance of this restaurant or at the bar than at the restaurant."

"Table 4 is the perfect setting for a very private dining experience....We celebrated our Anniversary and the staff was more than accommodating. Every detail is adhered to.......your wish is their command.....Would most definitely go back."

"As perfect as always....HIGHLY reccomend the Tournedos Rossini which is a classic and they do it with perfection!!! The service and the highly professional staff (esspecially the Captains) are the best in the City! It is a formal, yet welcoming enviornment which should not be missed whether you are a tourist or live in the neigborhood, as I do. Yes...it is pricey but then again it is NYC...you get what you pay for without ANY regret. KM"

"Granted it was a Monday night, but the large room we were seated in was very empty. Waiters were standing around yet when we needed something they appeared distracted and the service was slow. Food was well presented but was bland and uninteresting. The whole atmosphere was like an upscale retirement community dining room."
