Our server was amazing and so friendly. He even bought my daughter's drawing that she worked on at the table off of her for $1.00. She felt like a true artist! The food was amazing and we had enough left overs for our whole family to eat lunch the next day! The restaurant wasn't a super quiet scene which was fantastic because we didn't have to keep telling the girls to "shhh". The price was great too. We got half off my husbands meal for his birthday and both my daughter and husband got a free dessert! The food was excellent, as was the waitress and overall service.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMPasta with steak instead of chickenLove the pasta dishes at Carlyle...however on this occasion, my friend asked to substitute steak for the Pasta Carlyle dish, and I did the same for the Blackened Chicken Alfredo. OMG! Best decision ever! The steak was cooked perfectly at medium rare and added a different flavor to the dish. I would definitely order this again! My favorites include the meat loaf, the seafood specials, the flat iron steak, the chop house burger, and the Cuban sandwich. The mac-n-cheese is a delightful side, as is the Maytag blue cheese coleslaw. I never hesitant to take business clients here, because the service is prompt and the ambiance is outstanding. A reserved table is ALWAYS ready at the designated time, with zero waiting.
