My husband and I ate here recently on a Sunday night. Summer rush was over although the restaurant had a goodly amount of patrons. I ordered the monkfish (evening special) and hubby ordered the flat iron steak, so we both had surf and turf. Great food prepared perfectly. Salads had house dressing, Granny apple and ginger vinegarette, which we chose and was very good and refreshing. Enjoyed the wine selection too.

We were sitting outside and it was really pleasant, also with a group playing some jazz music (but at a reasonable noise level!). We took salads and steacks, that were really excellent (very nice angus beef). Service was very good, taking their time also to chat with us and giving us hints for our visit of Red Lodge. To recommend without reserve!

Even though we were a half hour early we were seated immediately. The wine was delicious, the salad was wonderful (would have been nice to have onion on it), and the prime rib and prawns were outstanding. Service was excellent and we weren't rushed. I highly recommend this awesome restaurant.

You can expect a world class meal here. You will get what you pay for. We had made a reservation prior and were welcomed and treated very well by the host and staff. The 8 oz fillet were done perfectly and was some of the best we've ever had. CC Steakhouse is professionally run and well worth the cost

Our server was very good. She recommended the specials, and we each ordered one of them. I had the halibut which was cooked to perfection and delicious. My husband had the steak special which was a spiced rib eye with a blue cheese sauce. He has eaten many steaks all over the country, but he says this was probably the best steak he has ever eaten. Even though the steak was $36. we will come back again. We did not have appetizers, each had one drink, our entrees, and split a piece of dessert, and our bill was $100. For 2 people, I think it's a bit pricey. I would probably come on special occasions. But It was a great dining experience!

We were there the weekend before Christmas. One particular group was loudly boisterous, which was the only thing that detracted from an otherwise very enjoyable and excellent dinner. The sauce on their classic Carbon County striploin is delicious and I requested some of it to accompany my Kobe beef steak. I do not usually eat beef, but I had heard so much about Kobe beef that I wanted to try it. It was quite good, but I am not a beef connoisseur. The saganaki and the wine selection were excellent, as was my husbands' ahi tuna. Portions are large and we had no room for desert. The bannanas foster sounds intriguing. Our server was personable, knowledgeble, and attentive; everything one could ask for in a server

My wife and I visited the Carbon County Steakhouse to celebrate our 20th anniversary. From the appetizer to the main course, the food could not have been better. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, the first time! Thus is a versatile restaurant, offering seating in both an outdoor setting, as well as a more intimate, indoor setting. The staff was friendly and well prepared to serve us. This is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a top notch dinner experience!
