Capriccio Grill - Peabody Hotel Memphis
Terrific Post Game OptionWe get so picky and driven towards the eclectic that we sometimes forget a local gem.. Capriccio Grill inside the Peabody Hotel offers a fdiverse menu. I had the prime rib, blackened and it was superb along with a very unique risotto while opening with a very tasty minestrone soup. The bride loved her mahi mahi but loved my prime rib more.
All was perfectly cooked to order. Service was exceptional. Don't expect a lot of pasta offerings.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMNiceWe had dessert and coffee. It was a very nice restaurant.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMThere were three of us inThere were three of us in our party at 4:00 pm on Sunday, my Mom and Stepfather (early Mother's day dinner). We were seated at a table next to a single lady. We didn't understand why we would be seated so closely. During our conversations, the lady chimed in on our conversations and offered comments to our discussions. It was very uncomfortable. We were trying to talk about family, etc. and it was private. Also, mine and my Mom's food was perfect. My stepfather said the blue cheese dressing was not flavorful enough and his steak was cooked a little too much for the "medium". He didn't tell me that until we were finished and there was nothing to do about it then. Just letting you know. Overall, it was great.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place for a romantic dinner.A suprise dinner here for the wife was great. Great food and service. The entire staff that we dealt with were great. Comping valet parking is a nice added touch by the way. Looking forward to going back.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMConvenient but not memorable.Convenient for hotel guests. Pleasant ambiance but not really fancy enough considering the price (e.g. stone table tops, no table cloths).1/1/0001 4:00:00 PM
