The food is always good and the patio, our favorite seating, is great when weather permits. Their martinis are very good always with the bits of ice floating on the top.

As it turns out, Cappy's was a great choice. Although we love Tex-Mex, we had eaten enough of it by the eve before our departure. The hostess was very poite and welcoming upon our arrival. With a menu that offered many great choices, our server was very helpful in making a decision. After starting with the Stilton, Pecan-Bacon Wedge salad, my husband had the "Mustang Chicken" and I had the "Blackened Lemon Snapper". They were both excellent. Unfortunately, we were full by the time we were done with our entrees and unable to try dessert. My wife and I have been going to Cappy's for many, many years. This occasion was my business retirement dinner. Food, service, and ambiance are all excellent, as usual. Wait staff are great, very knowledgeable, very professional, and very helpful. They are always accommodating on requests out of the box.

The great reviews are well warranted. The food was spectacular-one of the best I've had. The service was great as well. I ordered a previously unknown to me fish entree and our waitress was able to answer the questions I had about it. The prices are in the mid to high range ($25+ for most entrees). With their wood inspired decoy and seafood/gourmet menu, this this place reminded me of Walt's Wharf Restaurant, in Seal Beach, CA.
A nice place to take a date, or adult family for a special occasion. Not recommended for families with young children.
