"The food here is decent but the service definitely has lots of room for improvement. I've had to call our server multiple times before we got what we needed. Also, they didnt find our Open Table reservation (but I got an e-mail confirmation that the reservation was made)."

"This use to be our favorite Chinese restaurant but after Saturday night's experience it has dropped considerably in our estimation. Our server was terrible and the food was not as good as it has been. We think they are so busy they do not have time for quality control."

"I made a reservation and they did not have a table ready for us. We had to wait so they could clear a table and they put us in a table very close to the entrance and the dimsum ladies had to ask us to move our chairs to let their carts go through. What is the purpose of making a reservation when we were made to wait for a table that becomes available? Our table was too small for our group."
