The staff are highly professional and friendly. The food is always good and the restaurants are all a little different and special. The most obvious criticism is the lack of signage as well as the designation of address on the web site. The address is listed as 120 Broadway yet the only entrance is on Nassau, a full city block east of Broadway. Lower Manhattan is a contiual construction zone, but we walked almost entirely around the block before finding the poorly marked entrance. And the service was outstanding. Our waitress, Sarah, was excellent -- accommodating (making sure my meat was cooked properly), gracious and efficient. The front desk staff was also excellent -- welcoming and, very important to me because I am hard-of-hearing -- gave us a booth upstairs in the back so that it was quiet. Good wine list to accompany the steaks. Grille is one of my favorites for a steak. Porterhouse is excellent. A good steak, a nice salad and a tasty dessert for $38. I was also pleasantly surprised by the selection, both in price and variety, on the wine list.
