Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Regular here - casual birthday dinner with it a friend. Birthday confetti and a nice note on the table. Our server, Bari, was super. Great burgers - as usual! Have never been disappointed with anything at Capital Grille.

    Our server, Denise was the best. She made the evening so much more enjoyable. She’s very knowledgeable personable and I have added her to my profile to make sure I see her again. We sat outside the evening was perfect

    We had a great birthday dinner at Capital Grille! Eric did a fabulous job waiting on us. The food was amazing. The dessert was a real treat!

    This was a big hit my parents absolutely loved everything about this special day. We showed up early for our reservation but they sat us early, the service was extremely attentive despite how busy they were, the noise level was low where our table was located which was a blessing, and the food was cooked perfectly bursting with flavor. We couldn’t have picked a better restaurant to fit the party of mixed ages and disabilities.
