  • "Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday here back in February, and what a treat! I just happened to comment in the reservation that it was a birthday dinner and we were surprised to find birthday confetti when we got to our table. It was a very cute touch! Service was very attentive, but at some point during the meal we did loose the waitress for a bit. I did ask to have my steak cooked more, which happens, and after that the manager and waitress came by to check on us multiple times. The food was amazing, as was the wine list. Highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese. Another wonderful surprise was the happy birthday dessert plate and proseco that was brought to the table, on the house. They truly made our special dinner memorable."

  • "Stick with the basics for your entree....steak. We had a party of 9 celebrating a birthday and the 2 people who ordered salmon reported that it was over cooked. Very disappointing. Everyone else devoured the steaks which are high quality and were cooked to the correct temperatures as ordered. The Calamari and the Prosciuto/mozzarella apps stand out. Also highly recommend splurging on the Lobster mac n cheese as a side dish. Very attentive service."

Attentive service went awry when entrees came out 3 minutes after appetizers, kitchen apparently mixed up another table's rush with us. Free desserts as apology - good job on that. Porterhouse was very good though not hot off the grill. Lobster Mac n cheese was sublime - delicious and hot. Caesar salad boring. Sautéed spinach boring. Crab cakes good but not hot. Steak, salad, spinach under seasoned. Cool decor."

Slightly annoyed w/ the service, waiter was not well trained, serving the man first & bringing out the main course as we were still finishing salads.Did not perform wine service properly & this place has a notable list. Food was on par - lobster/crab cakes were tasty , salads were bland. Strip steak cooked well but did not have the feel of a prime cut- fillet was seasoned well & cream spinach was over seasoned -garlic heavy. This place packs well night after night - more of a lunch spot feel though."

The steak was mediocre as the quality of the meat was poor. No french fries came with the steak - probably because many people are dieting. But they were not offered. The service was nice as always.   • "I'm not a steak lover but the kona crusted aged sirloin steak is just simply the best! My husband ordered it and I usually take a bite or two of his steak but this one I can't stop at two. I ate about a quarter of his steak. It's done perfectly and best flavor anywhere. Highly recommended."

The service was outstanding and they food is delicious. I recommend the kona rub steak and the lobster mac and cheese (to die for). After dinner we were treated to dessert on the house to celebrate the misses bday. This wasn't my first time here and certainly won't be my last. The food and service keeps me coming back for more..."

  • "Worst dining experience I've ever had. Our waiter was never anywhere to be found, my salmon came out way overdone while my boyfriend's steak came really rare when he asked for it medium. We finally managed to flag down a different waiter and have him take the steak back. While I waited for him to get his meal back the waiter came over and asked me what was wrong with my food. I replied that mine was fine I was just waiting for the steak to come back to eat. He then offered to take my entree and our sides to keep them warm. Meanwhile our waiter finally resurfaced and brought us our dessert to the table before our entrees had ever returned. When we did get our food back they didn't return our sides and no one was around to check in with us"

The service was also pleasant, although we did have to ask for the restaurant week menu and wine list. The food was diner quality, and downright disappointing. The clam chowder tasted as if from a can, sirloin steak was the fattiest, toughest cut of meat I've ever eaten. It was nicely cooked thus would have been tasty if the cut of meat hadn't been so terrible. I could not chew through it and barely swallow some pieces. The chocolate cake for dessert was tasty but nothing special. Would not recommend getting any "economical" cut of steak there as it will likely be inedible."
