My highest compliment is that you really would not know it is a chain (and a Darden's one at that). The service is always first rate, as it was on this occasion, and the food is consistently very good to excellent. (Not to mention the best calamari on the planet.) That said, I do have to note that on this visit, two of our three filets had a little gristle that should not have been there -- a very rare lapse. We'd had a previous positive experience when we sat at a corner table in the bar, but our only previous experience in the dining room was disappointing, mainly because the service wasn't quite up to our expectations, and because we didn't like our table location. This time, however, we were treated very well by the hostess & one of the managers. We were seated at a better table, and our server was very nice and friendly. We had the CG experience we'd come to expect from other locations, and we'll definitely be coming back.
