"We recently celebrated a friend's birthday! CG goes all out to make your celebration special! Our server, Nicole, was outstanding! Steaks were terrific, as always. Lamb on the mixed grill was a little dry. Sides and desserts are "to die for." We stopped at the bar after dinner and enjoyed a cocktail while the guys watched the Flyers. Many folks were eating at the bar, something we will consider for a more casual evening out -- the filet sliders and mac and cheese looked amazing (and this was after we had finished eating)!!"

"The service was outstanding and friendly. The food was excellent. The only thing that I would say was out of balance was the prices. Everthing was excellent but still $24 for a glass of domestic wine is a little extravagant."

"The capital grill is a very nice place for romantic dinners with excellent ambiance and very good service in a rather quite setting. The food choices are excellent although you need to order various sides extra as nothing comes with the main meal. While the choices for appetizers and main courses are plentiful, the dessert choices are rather poor. However, the winelist is quite extensive to satisfy any pallet at a reasonable cost. The wait staff were excellent and overall it was very enjoyable."

"The steaks average about $45.00. The taste and quality are worth it. The coconut cream pie is fantastic!!!The noise level is TERRIBLE.We experienced that the last time we ate there and in making our reservation specifically asked for a quieter location. This time was WORSE!. They gave us a booth in front of the kitchen. We could NOT hear one another over the noise of the kitchen help. Guess they do NOT read your requests. When they were seating us, we commented that we had specifically requested some place quiet. We were told this is your booth. We will return but we will insist on an outer placement or we will leave."

"WOW...how dissapointing was the food. Nothing was prepared to requested temperature. Steak very undercooked, lobster tails overcooked. Certainly not up to the level I've come to expect from other Capital Grilles."
