We ordered appetizers that included some very flavorful crab cakes, though the calamari in the spiced red peppers were over fried and rubbery. I had the aged New York Strip which was cooked medium and to perfection. I the ambience was perfect for our party of 6 and the way the restaurant is set up you can do either a large group or a quaint dinner for 2 and still come away with a great dining experience. When I made the reservation, I put in the little "special request" box that it was my husband's birthday. When we got there, we only had to wait maybe 2 or 3 minutes to be seated because they were getting our table ready. When we finally got to our table, they had decorated it with little birthday confetti and there was a birthday card on the table as well.
Our experience was amazing. Wonderful food, waitress was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back for our anniversary in a few months.

Had a great meal with friends who were leaving town. The food was above average but not excellent. The lobster was a little overcooked. I reserved the Board Room so that our party of 8 would have privacy. Andrew provided top-notch service (as did those who assisted him) and everyone enjoyed their menu choices. As an added special touch, complimentary desserts (creme brulee and chocolate expresso cake) were delivered, complete with candles, to the two celebrants who shared their treats with everyone else. Capital Grille menu prices are not inexpensive but the superb quality of food and service make the few dollar per person difference (relative to other Town Center options) well worth it, particularly for special oocassions.
