My salmon appetizer with capers and oinions was fresh and cool to temp the way it's supposed to be.. not room temp (warm) and not fishy or over smoked. My family had oysters and shrimp cocktail and they oodled over how fresh the seafood was and not like thawed from the freezer. Our steaks were very good. Perfect to descriptions (med well, med plus and medium). Flavor was a tad lacking cause I remember it being a bit more flavorful. or the one I had on Valentines on Richmond was better?? Either way, the fiet mignon did not dissapoint. Their cheescake was made with riccotta so it was light and had a creme brule crust on top very good and I dont do cheesecake. He didn't quite understand how my husband was going to pay. All other restaurants understood. He paid such and such amount and the remaining balance on the other card. He kept saying I can't split the steak. He said pay so much from one card then the rest on another. It was hard for him. Se la vie. All in all we'd go back. That was my 4th time going to a Capital Grille restaurant and I have yet to be disappointed. They took a picture of my date and me and gave us a copy of it.
