The waitstaff is kind and personable and the food is just delicious. We like to come here for special occasions and each time, we have had a special dessert given to us, had our picture taken and returned back to us at the end of the meal in a frame. We were impressed with the club like atmosphere and excellent wait service. Three of us ordered medium rare tenderloins that came out rare. Although delicious, one would expect chefs who cook a lot of filets to get this down pat. In fairness, without prompting, management checked in immediately upon delivery of our food to see if we were satisfied. We were too hungry to further delay the meal by sending back food. They gave us a private room for our party of 7, complete with rose petals on the table, and a card for each occasion. To top it off, Joseph our waiter took a group picture, and presented us with 4 copies. Exceeded our expectations entirely! Not only that, the food was wonderful, and the service excellent. Both our steaks were very good and cooked perfectly as ordered. large wine selection and drink menu. Service was a little slow at times, seated at 6:40 and didn't get out of there till almost 9:00 and with just two of us. I do have to say they were quite busy on a Saturday night and our server had a couple of bigger tables at the same time. Great steaks and sides well seasoned and prepared as you request. My general experience is that, even though almost every steakhouse offers seafood entrees, it is generally best to stick to steaks (although the seafood appetizers are generally excellent). This was no exception as a couple of people in our party ordered seafood and, while it was good, it was simply not up to the level of excellence of the steaks - not as well seasoned and both were a bit overcooked. Little red hearts were scattered on our table along with a card. We toasted with complimentary glasses of champagne. The server took our picture and gave us the picture on a card. They make you feel very special. Our party had beef dishes, fish dishes, chef's specials and we were all thrilled with our selections. Bread basket was tasty with a variety to choose from. We wanted more of the lavosh but couldn't find anyone to refill it. A pair of complimentary desserts were offered in honor of our anniversary with a candle, of course.
