We could not make a reservation for a large party on open table, so we made 2 smaller ones, which they graciously put together so we could all enjoy each other's company. For a chain restaurant, the food is consistently very good. Many people who are gluten intolerant wish the salad dressings were made without (unnecessary) bread crumbs and that there might be more gluten-free menu items available. In addition to the complimentary dessert provided by most fine restaurants, they had an added special touch. When we arrived, the table cloth was decorated with colorful little pieces that people sometimes put in cards, and there was a birthday card waiting for him that the staff had signed. The table had the calamari app and shrimp cocktail. Good not great. Steaks - kona ribeye, au poivre bone in strip and porcini rub strip bone in. They were all great and cooked pretty much to order. They made special arrangements for us with a card from the staff, complementary champaign and desert. We got special attention that made the evening even more memorable. It's one of my faviorite restarunts to visit . The service is always exceptional and food well that's what's keeps me going back. Lobster Mac and cheese is to die for and the salmon is always prepared to perfection. I was seated promptly,I was even given a rose by the waiter and he was just awesome from beginning to end he was always there if we needed anything he was a step ahead at all times.The food was delicious I had the salmon and it was cooked perfect my boyfriend had the filet migon and he really enjoyed it because it was cooked just how he asked and he never gets that it's always wrong but this night everything was great.we had the creme brûlée for desert and it was really good.at the the waiter gave us some truffles to take home.
