Canyons at The CrossingsSpecial Mothers Day BrunchThe restaurant was well designed for dining without feeling squeezed on top of other diners, the tables were set with summery colors and very neat. My Mother enjoyed the most of the meal, however the "Red wine marinated beef medallions" were tough to cut and the portions were a bit large, also the Prime Rib portions were small and a lot of fat on it, The lobster and Truffle Mac and cheese hardly had any lobster and was dry. The Service was excellent, the waiters and bus boys were on top of everything. We have dined at Canyons before, so we were surprised that certain items were not up to par. Great options to choose from for Brunch and bottomless mimosas! All for a great price. We were seated right away and orders taken by our friendly waitress. We did not have to wait long for our drinks and our food. We were in and out of the restaurant in an hour which is a plus for we have to go back to work.
