I gave the service top rating because of the manager (owner?) not the waiter. The waiter was polite and attentive (refilled water 4x) but was distracted. I don't think it's fair to lower the rating because he may have had a bad day. He was polite and tried hard, but didn't get the order completely correct. We got the attention of the other waiter who came over immediately and made the correction. Within 5 minutes the manager came to our table to make sure everything was ok. This represents a establishment that works as a team and is truly concerned about the customer experience. To me this is more impressive than having a silky-smooth faux-foodie extolling the individual ingredients of a dish. The food was good solid Mexican food.

Very happy to have Canyon Road two blocks from our apt. Quick, easy, consistently good. Very delicious frozen margaritas.
One criticism - the salsa they put on the table is very sub-par, they have to do better than this stuff.

Noise level made it impossible to converse with everyone at our table of 6! Hostess was militant about not seating us when only 4 of the 6 members of our party had arrived on time for our reservation,so we huddled in the TINY entryway (it was cold outside) - barely big enough for 3. She finally seated us when the 5th arrived moments later. The 6th arrived 4 minutes afterwards.
Food was good,margharitas were so-so. Don't go with a party larger than 4 if you expect to talk with your dining companions, or beg for a round table in the corner(I saw one).
