It wouldn't have been my first choice for a table as others were empty, but 'you take what you can get'. I thought that by making a reservation we would have been placed in a quieter spot."

The steak was cooked very well and sides were delicious. In addition the service was very good. I would certainly recommend this for a date night or a business meal."

  • ":Our waiter seemed a little lax - in that we had to ask a waitress for more coffee I understand that someone drinking alcohol would nessitate his coming back to our booth more frequently but having to drive back to Barrie this would not have been a good idea on our part.   • "My wife and I were yet again extremely satisfied customers. From the moment we walked in, the jazz bar feel gives the room such a positive vibe. We will definitely attend this restaurant again. The service was incredible from start to finish. The food is second to none no matter what we ordered. I personal recommend the Bacon Wrapped Fillet Mignon which might I add was grilled to perfection. I was actually impressed by the selection of wines as well. Not only was there plenty to choose from, the pricing was surprisingly cheaper than I expected. A++ experience from us"

  • "We went on a Saturday night after making reservations through open table which was both easy and accurate. We were greeted by a number of lovely and friendly girls who then promptly seated us. Our waiter was pleasant, the food was very well presented and was Yummy! We tried a new appetizer that had an Indian influence with a yogurt based dipping sauce and it was amazing. We will return. The only complant I have is the noise level but on a Saturday night that's to be expected. I highly recommend for consistant quality."

The noise level Lotta people that night so little louder than you would expect. Only negative was that the server didn't get back to us in time to give us coffee with our dessert. The positives were that the food came out as we ordered, hot and delicious."

I did fine the noise level too high, full house, people talking and having a good time, which I can appreciate but why have the music so loud? The prime rib dinner was amazing, good wine with good friends. I had bought a cake along to celebrate a friends birthday the waitress was very helpful even bought out a dish of whipped cream to serve with the cake, I'm sorry I do not remember her name but THANK YOU."

It is an excellent place for being able to catch up, as you can hear each other across the table as the noise level is excellent at this Canyon Creek location! We enjoyed the menu and all the meals that we ordered. Susie was an "excellent" waitress, who made the evening most enjoyable!"

  • "my son's prime rib dinner was ordered as medium-well, but came as medium- meat was red throughout. He was unable to eat it. My chipotle steak was ordered as medium well and came as well done (dry). We have been to the same canyon creek a few times and our food was never messed up like this before. We didn't put up a fuss, because we don't like to make trouble for anyone. I guess we'll hope for a better steak next time. :)"

  • "I normally visit the Sherway Gardens location which has always been outstanding. Due to weather, the restaurant at Vaughan Mills on Friday was virtually empty. As it was cold, we had asked if we could be seated by the fireplace. Although the area at the fireplace was empty, we were seated around the corner from it. This was a little disappointing. i did notice that the cut of beef was smaller than what I receive at the other location."

It was just filet and mushed potato, looking not attractive, exciting, without any veggies or sous. My husband was ordering NewYork sirlion with rice, but it was without any veggies or sous as well. So we were a little disappointing at this point. The overall atmosphere was friendly and nice. The waitress was careful."

  • "I have to say that it a very unpleasant evening for all 4 of us, from the seating to the serving to the food and the price. We were seated at a optimal place next to an air conditioned(sarcasm) window. The cold air blew in from the cold and the no alternate seating was available as per the waiter(who was no help) while booths were empty around us. My wife went to speak to the hostess who offered no resolution, but did offer a blanket for warmth(how nice of her) for us all. after raising a fuss and asking for manager and threatening to leave the manager arrived and changed our seating place. Poor quality of food, run out of product and poor all around service. Over priced and under served and never to return!"

Managers, even looked sharp as well. Service was great, server was very knowledgeable and attentive. only area of 'needs improvement' was in the bar, where I had to call out to the bartender for service (after 4min), he hadn't realised we were siting there, bar was not very busy."

I ordered the Chipotle Steak with baked potato and Caesar to start. Caesar was fantastic...loaded with garlic ! Chipotle steak was melt in your mouth...cooked to perfection...delicious. Another diner ordered the same as me....raved about it. One person ordered a steak smothered with fried, crispy onions...with parmesean garlic fries. She loved it all."

And the prices were not as high as we had originally expected!"
