The food-- delicious is all I can say (entrees I had not yet tried at Canyon Creek, but will do so in the future).
The wines...our server, Katherine, answered all questions and gave very helpful suggestions when needed.

Location that we have dined at are: Niagara Falls (Fallsview Casino - great view), Toronto - Front Street, Etobicoke - Sherway Gardens, and Mississauga - Square 1.
