I had made reservations ahead of time via Open Table and requested a table with a great view of the falls for the occasion. I think we had the best table in the place, views of both Horseshoe and American Falls. Waitress immediately acknowledged my mom's birthday without us mentioning and thru in a free dessert. Pumpkin brullee decisious as usual. Mom had Prime Rib and I had Rib Eye. Both cooked exactly the way we asked. Waitress was excellent, attentive and enthusiastic! We got seated right near the back window with a perfect view of the Falls. Had the steak soup as a starter and it was delicious. Everyone's dinner was excellent and Jordan our waiter was great with such a lively group of us. We are tourists who decided to fine at Canyon Creek on our first night in Niagara Falls (and our first night in Canada!) & it was a lovely way to begin our trip! Food was delicious, service was top notch & we appreciated greatly the special effort made by the wait staff when they were informed that we were celebrating my mom's 50th birthday! Thank you for a delicious, beautiful & unhurried night - will def recommend this place to friends & family :)
On a side note, our waiter was really excellent! So attentive without being the least bit intrusive & he really made us feel so welcome! We love coming to this particular Canyon Creek and the hour drive from home is worth it!

The only thing I would suggest is a little less salty on the foods. The view of the Falls was wonderful. Staffs were friendly. It was a wonderful night out for our family.

In the sea of over priced chain restaurants taking advantage of unsuspecting travelers, Canyon Creek is a refreshing find. We had an amazing booth with breathtaking views of the falls! we were shocked at how kid friendly such a beautiful restaurant was. they had crayons and an inexpensive menu.

He was right! And fantastic service and an unbelievable view of the Falls from the outdoor deck. I have been here two days and eaten here two days, and the second time around I brought friends, who were equally impressed! The meal came quickly - but not too quick so as to give enough time to enjoy a predinner drink. I ordered the prime rib and it was delicious - melt in your mouth and my other guest ordered the NY cut steak... grilled to his liking and melted in his mouth as well. The free birthday desert - banana cocunut pie topped of the meal!

Check! Great service? Check!Canyon Creek Chophouse is a chain with an expected steakhouse menu. What you will write home about is the spectacular view of Niagara Falls. The Niagara location is in The Fallsview Casino, and there isn't a bad view in the house. The service was sophisticated, warm, and genuine. There was a small error in my meal, and management bent over backwards to correct the mistake, offering me a new dish, comping my entree, and offering a gift certificate for my next visit. The mark of a great restaurant isn't how perfectly the dining experience is executed - it's how errors are dealt with when there has been a mis-step in execution.
