  • "Great brunch with terrific service. Ribs outstanding - terrific selection of food. Music was good. One free bloody mary and unlimited mimosa. Pricey but worth it."

  • "We took family to the Sunday brunch at Loews. There was a wonderful selection of freshly prepared foods on the grill along with a buffet that didn't end. We sampled as much as we could, then went back for more! Nice blues duo played in the background. Service was excellent - mimosa's kept coming and the coffee was excellent."

  • "We had a pleasant lunch on the patio. The waitress was personable and very responsive. We could see the pool at a short distance. That was OK, but somehow a little out of keeping with a dining atmosphere. The food was very tasty. Presentation was very basic. A nice casual lunch.."

  • "Excellent in every aspect as always. See you next year !!"

  • "Disappointingly, this brunch tradition on Sundays has been going down in quality year after year. The process seems to have accelerated comparing this year to last. New management cost cutting approaches yet keeping the same price is only going to hurt and reduce attendance. The same price will not bring new clientele and going down on quality will drive away those who were used to a better standard as was the case few years ago."

  • "The Sunday brunch at the Canyon Cafe is a favorite. We try to go a few times a year. The variety and the quality of the food is great. There is definitely something for everyone. The bbq lineup on the patio is a lot of fun."

  • "Best in Tucson Sunday Brunch. Great place to take out of town guests, a date or just to share a wonderful brunch with family and friends. They have a seafood bar, sushi table, salad bar, omelet bar and breakfast items, bloody Mary bar and a never ending dessert bar. The Grill goes non stop outside with meats sliced to order including beef, lamb and turkey along with ribs, salmon and an endless selection of vegetables including chillies, onions, corn, tomatoes. Pots of beans, shredded meat in bbq sauce and pans of corn bread to name a few of an endless selection. Beer is on tap and champagne or mimosas are all included. Its a great way to spend a special day."

  • "We were seated at a table by the window, looking out on the outdoor dining and pool. The food was good and plentiful, with a excellent variety; the mimosas never ending. Our service started out slow but improved during the meal. We all left full and satisfied."

  • "Blues, Brews and Barbeques Sunday brunch is a magnificent feed, one of our big favorites. Window walls allow the beautiful mountain view to be seen from inside as well as outside. Two excellent blues duos rotate Sunday duty and they're set up outside-if you really want to hear them sit there, because sound doesn't travel into the restaurant. Otherwise, you'll just get a quick listen while you're out collecting the delicious ribs, pulled pork, barbeque chicken and salmon, carved meats, Sonoran hot dogs, tasty sides and local brews. The friendly staff is quick to keep your champagne glass filled. Inside, enjoy the Bloody Mary bar, the cold seafood, the salads, the hot breakfast dishes. Not cheap at $42, but you'll leave really happy."

  • "The Sunday BBQ Jazz Brunch is a got to go to. We can't say which is the most outstanding, the food, jazz, service or view. We have been to lunch at the Canyon Café often and have never had a complaint but were totally surprised at everything about the brunch. Even if you only go once, you should do it,."

  • "The dinner buffet was terrific. While my first thought was that it could have been more extensive with more choices, it ended up being just right. The food was outstanding!"

  • "It had been several years since we drove the 18 miles across town to have lunch at the Canyon Cafe. It's still the perfect place for a wonderful lunch with visiting family or friends. Great food, attentive service and what I think is the most beautiful setting of any Southern Arizona resort. My favorite--- the French dip roast beef sandwich served with three dips, including a marvelous horseradish sauce, My guests were delighted with their luncheon salads. We'll be back soon!"

  • "We had a weekday lunch here. The ambiance, view, service and food were very good. . Our friend thought her veggie burger was excellent; the dessert trio was yummy; the pepperoni flat bread pizza was fine. Sometime we plan to try the Brunch as it seems to get great reviews."

  • "The service and variety of food was excellent. Well worth the price. The grounds are beautiful.. The pool is available for use and you can walk up the trail to the waterfall. Mimosas, beer on tap, and a Bloody Mary bar complete your experience. The live blues music was great also"

  • "Had Sunday brunch at Loews Canyon Café and it lived up to reviews I had read- great variety of food, desert, and drinks, nice blues music combo, and interesting twist with outdoor BBQ going! It was nice to get up into the foothills, walk around the resort, and enjoy the atmosphere. I will definitely be back another time when I'm visiting Tucson."

  • "I have come to expect that everything is always as good as the last time we were there. It is always consistent, we are never disappointed. Well, maybe a little because they don't usually have Ham, which I really like. It great place to go with friends, you never feel like they are in a hurry for you to vacate your table. It is easy to have conversations."

  • "We come here every few months for their festive Sunday brunch-Blues, Brews and Barbeques. This, our latest trip, took place after Labor Day, before the winter visitors show up. There's less choice than during busier months, fewer salads, fewer items on the outdoor grill, less of a choice in desserts. We like the place and will return, but the spread isn't as opulent when the tourists aren't around, and the price isn't any lower. When you're done eating go feed the koi."
