No drip office here, only expresso, so you're getting an americano, deal with it. :-)
Server's are great at their job and know their product just as well as the average kitchen staff member.
The music wasn't over powering, and even with the place 1/2 full it was nice and quiet. Perfect for a business meeting or any couple looking to sneek in a mid day lunch date.
Canteen is a MUST.

Loved the chick pea fries and the corn fritters with "to die for" smoked maple syrup. The lamb was perfection. I have had the bread pudding at Red Ox which was memorable, but found this one a disappointment. Intriguing menu which makes me want to go back for more. Great modern decor but very, very noisy which made having a conversation challenging. doesn't seem to be a fault with this restaurant. The excitement

energetic and lively! Lamb, good. Short rib, good. Pork Loin with
crispy pork belly, oh so good! Nothing can disappoint cause it's all
darn good!
You may have to wait a little past your reservation time you can't

A wonderfully informed chat on wines and beers. A sample was offered and we settled into our refreshment. Engaging friendly staff spoke with us and demonstrated their pride in their food and the interest in patrons.
Te menu had a good cross section of food and choices. We stared with small thing of fritters and maple syrup and was amazing, followed by extraordinary stuffed figs wrapped in bacon.
We ha Ethernet beef and was judged as the best we have ever had. Overall 10 out of 10. Truly a candidate for "You Got To Eat Here"

Chelsea was a very informative waitess and was a excellent representative for the restaurant . Over all the service was excellent.
The only negative thing I can say is the noise was extremely loud. We could barely here ourselves. Because of the size of our party we were put in the back.
