PIZZA: Our pizza is Roman Pizza or "Pizza alla Palla". It is made with flour dough leavened for 24 hours, extra virgin olive oil cold pressed and organic San Marzano tomatoes (p.d.o.), all top quality products imported from Italy, and the best of the local daily market. We also do not cut any trees or produce any grams of CO2 to cook our pizza. Green is not just a word. Do as the Romans do!
