"Camillo's is our favorite restaurant in Princeton. Because it is not in the center of town (i.e., Palmer Square area) it sometimes gets overlooked but that is fine with us as we can usually count on getting a table and enjoying the best food in town. Very romantic atmosphere and friendly service. When you come back they remember you. Bring your favorite bottle of wine (its basically BYOB although they offer some locally bottled wine which gets around the liquor license requirement) and you'll have a wonderful evening."

"The service and food are always spot on. The decor is warm and inviting. Camillo is attentive not only to his kitchen, but to his clientel. It is always a great experience!"

"We were in Princeton NJ on business and found Camillo's through OpenTable. We loved the experience - the resturant and staff were delightful, the food delicious, the wine good and resonably priced. We were greated by Camillo himself who immediately showed us the fresh seafood table and explained how he made the purchases himself to ensure quality and freshness. A fun resturant find!"

"Camillo's was exceptional. We were there on Christmas Eve, a last minute reservation, and they served us a great meal, had a very nice selection of wines, and were very patient and unhurried. Would definitely eat there again."

"Camillo's has been a long time favorite of ours, they recently changed their menu which in my opinion is lacking in originality and bit pricey for what you get.
We were four in our party and started our meal with a cheese plate. It was priced at $18 for six small slices of cheese a "three" toast for the four of us. Also, a cheese knife would be helpful for serving.
My entree was good but very salty, noone else in the party complained. All in all it was a nice meal but nothing remarkable."

"We like Caomillo's because the food is very good for a good price. Some Princeton restaurants are too expensive but the entrees are reaonsable and you can BYOB. We were able to eat outside one time when we visited and that was enjoyable."

"Loved the bistro atmosphere with red checked tablecloths. Friendly service. The oysters were pricey compared to other restaurants. My husband's chicken in a marsala sauce was more mesquite-flavored than anything else."

"My wife and I went there this Friday night. The place was very relaxing and had a romantic feel to it. our appetizer was an assortment of shell fish it was fantastic a little expensive but worth every bit. The taste was very fresh hard to fine in western N.J. We found out that the owner takes a trip to fulton fish market in new york twice a week.
For dinner We had the special fish can not remember the name but it comes from the mediterranean it was very fresh with a mild taste. Looking foward to going back."
