The staff and the ambiance were what we expected and more. The only thing I wish would be improved upon would be the menu choices. As they are right now, very simple dishes but with exorbitant prices (e.g. $14 for a Grilled Cheese Sandwich). However, the crab cakes were out of the ordinary. We would not make this restaurant a hang out place but would come back on special occasions.3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMA Perfect LunchWe had a fabulous lunch sitting on the terrace overlooking the water. The day was slightly overcast but the heaters hanging overhead made it very comfortable. The food was wonderful and the service very attentive but allowed us our space to talk and visit for as long as we wished. Having been there before, we raved about it all--excellent food, scenery, ambiance. Arriving a bit early, we were seated, as requested, outdoors. When the meals arrived, one was a turkey sandwich--not ordered. My husband explained he ordered swordfish. With apologies the gentleman returned to the kitchen & a moment later our server returned, & challenged my husband saying, "Sir, I repeated the order back to you and said turkey sandwich." He reluctantly made the change. Being shamed or embarrassed is inappropriate behavior.
