Our party of four was very pleased with the wonderful menu and beautiful presentation. The food was delicious and innovative. A strong emphasis on local ingredients is a plus. The owner was very welcoming. A great experience over all.

Recently enjoyed a reunion with old friends at this spot--halfway meeting place. I order the beef brisket with zucchini pancakes and enjoyed every morsel. The brisket was lean and tender, full of flavor without being overly salted. The zucchini pancakes were crisp on the outside and moist and flavorful inside. Many in my party order the seafood stew and were amazed at the quality and quantity of fish and seafood in the dish;. Our table was comfortable and service was attentive and friendly. Will definitely return ASAP.

Caleb's was a very nice restaurant, I have very little to complain about where it counts: the food was tasty and Chef Caleb personally checked on us. I held off giving 5 stars for food because the veggie sides were inedible- carrots too gummy to chew, broccoli barely blanched, mashed root vegetables not seasoned. I still give them 4 stars though because the apps were awesome and meat was cooked to perfect doneness. The only other complaint I have is just a personal wish that there was more space between the tables as it was not at all romantic. Our table was right by the front door and on the other side of a table with two kids (the kids were very well-behaved, but it meant WE had to be well-behaved too!). I just wish we had any privacy.

We ate here on a quiet Sunday night. Food was delicious and creatively presented. Grilled chicken portion was enormous (plenty to take home). Service was friendly and attentive. This was our 2nd visit.

Food was very tasty with an interesting menu. Service was excellent. Chef came around to inquire as to our meal. We found the main room too noisy and asked to be seated in an adjacent area which was quiet as we were the only party out there. Overall, an excellent dinner, will be back!

Four of us finally made it to Caleb's making a reservation on Open Table. The next day I got a call asking if we knew it was a "Friend of the Farmer" special dinner. No we didn't, but it was explained to us. The food (four courses) was simply wonderful. I was particularly happy that they let me do the cheese plate (one of the first course choices) instead of dessert as I'm diabetic. The only glitch was we had to wait about 25 minutes for our 7:45 reservation, but they kept us informed and couldn't have been nicer about it.

Caleb has revitalized the lost art of flavorful fresh ingredient food creations. All of the ingredients are locally grown but Caleb's combines them in the most creative, flavorful and appealing ways. Great and personable service.

Saw this was a 5 star restaurant on Open Table....in Lahaska? Went in very curious to see what I would find with my wife and 4 yr old daughter. Truly amazing food (I had the rainbow trout special, wife had the salmon, daughter had pasta), service and I wouldn't take a bunch of kids here out of respect for the other patrons but my daughter had a great time! Had the flour less chocolate cake and cheesecake for dessert which were great. Definitely will be back. It's byob so don't forget!

We had dinner here Friday night that exceeded expectations. Service was great and food was very good.,dessert was a bit disappointing but entrees were delicious. Try the lobster roll appetizer! This is a neighborhood place for us, and definitely the best around. Thank you Caleb.

Been here several times, service was a bit dicey when first opened, much better now. Food is always good, & there is a good selection from burgers & fish tacos to steaks and chops, all very well prepared in a modern and creative way (with the occasional surprise such as antelope). This allow Caleb's to be a go-to place, whether you want a "fine dining" option or just a casual meal, you can't go wrong. BYOB and resonable prices make this one of our regular dining places. Restaurant is clean & bright with a contemporary edge, can get a bit noisy during peak hours (all hard surfaces, nothing to absorb the sound), but has a good energy. Chef is very friendly and always visits the tables, you can tell he takes pride in his establishment.

The food and service is the best in recent memory. Would highly recommend it to friends and family. The chef/owner would either deliver the entrée himself or stop by each table to make sure all is up to the dinner's satisfaction.

Great restaurant in the New Hope area. My fish was well prepared, and the dish came with a mango glaze, sautéed greens, and quizo(?) that was tender yet chewy. Very good contrasts of color, flavors and textures. We finished our dinners and enjoyed every mouthful. Terrific BYOB restaurant, with good service.

We read about the special prix-fixe Friend of a Farmer dinner and attended the Thursday night at $40/person. All of our expectations were positively met as we have patronized Caleb's on numerous occasions for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was exceptional and all of it all local. We have already made reservations for the July Friend of the Farmer dinner. The service was great and the noise level was perfectly fine...Caleb recently installed noise reduction panels. We especially love Caleb's for lunch and will continue to return for dinner. The quality of the food for all three meals is a rarity in our community. The salads in particular are the best. Kudos to Caleb and his team for keeping it consistent!
