  • "Food was good. Portions generous. Service was uneven. Pleasant atmosphere."

  • "everything we ordered was excellent.service was good and everyone at our table enjoyed the food."

  • "The staff was welcoming and attentive but not intrusive. The food was okay and the price was okay. But it could be better. I had the scallops which had been grilled. They had a black char which was very bitter. Much better to saute scallops. The nest of spinach had a sour note, maybe too much vinegar. A small serving of saffron rice and two or three pieces of asparagus would have been better. The tuna tartar that we had for a starter was very good."

  • "My 3rd brunch here and 1st dinner. I had been looking forward to Sunday brunch with the girls in Pelham. The restaurant was empty when we arrived at 12:30, could have been a red flag. On a beautiful Sunday in the summer, most restaurants are bustling with patrons. Calimari was great and is strongly recommended, crab cakes, not so much. Two of us ordered the lobster Benedict which didn't taste fresh. No one made a big deal as we were enjoying bellinis and mimosas. The restaurant has outdoor seating which is nice. I'll be back and give them a second chance."

  • "The food was just ok, and it was too expensive. It was so loud in there that even the bus boy was making faces about it."

  • "I love the food at Caffe Regatta, but the service leaves much to be desired. It seems they are just short-staffed every weekend. The servers are great, but these poor guys just have too many tables. We continue to return because the food is outstanding and fairly priced."

  • "The California spinach salad with walnuts and roasted Bosc pears is spectacular -- because it comes with fried goat cheese! The house-made creamy burrata mozzarella on a bed of olive oil poached tomato and roasted peppers was phenomenal! If you like Bellinis, try a Bellini-Tini (vodka, peach schnapps and Chambord topped with champagne)! For dessert, have a plate of canneloni with a glass of Frangelica! Yum! "

  • "One of my favorites, Cafe Regatta never disappoints. Tucked in along Wolf Ln in Pelham, this restaurant is a gem. Reservations a must, we ate on a nite when there were 3 groups from a local confirmation ceremony. Although the service was understandably slower than usual, the food more than made up for the slight inconvenience. Don't miss the cod fish. "

  • "Great food n service. Have been here several times for dinner n brunch. "
    Dined on 4/20/2014
  • "The brunch at Caffe Regatta was fine, the service was o.k. but the ambiance was more like a bar than a decent restaurant. We find ambiance a major part of a good dining expeience. With small effort this establishment could be made into a pleasant atmosphere. All in all, we were disappointed especially since it was rated in Zagat."
    Dined on 4/20/2014
  • "Despite reservations, we waited about 25 minutes for a table. We had to stand near the bar while waiting, since there were several kids seated and eating at the small bar. Service was below average, from not asking if we wanted drinks once seated, to not clearing the table in a timely manner. Food was okay, but nothing we ordered was anything above ordinary. Capuccino was barely warm when served. The best part of the meal was probably the molten chocolate cake served with ice cream for dessert. I don't see any reason to return to this restaurant."

  • "The appetizer we shared was fresh and delicious. My entree was very good, but my husband's entree was very small. He was still hungry. Service was very good, particularly from the bus boy, but the restaurant was almost empty at the time we were there. Maybe there were four or five occupied tables. Probably would not recommend this restaurant because there is nothing outstanding enough for us to travel here."

  • "The food was delicious - the service iffy. We were seated for a good 15 minutes without a menu. We did get water and bread but no menus or drinks. Fortunately we were a nice party of four so we were able to pass the time. The time between courses was also long. The food did make up for the wait and annoyingly poor service though. Each dish was excellent."

  • "Our waiter made us feel like he wanted to be any place but waiting on us. Therefore, his service was poor, not helpful describing the food, never a smile on his face, never asking if we wanted coffee, dessert. The only good consistent service was from the busboy! Unfortunately, due to the service, we won't be back."

  • "I have been to this restaurant previously and enjoyed it but not this time. I was very disappointed in my dinner. I ordered the short ribs and was very surprised that I received one very small rib that contained a considerable amount of fat. I will not be returning anytime soon."

  • "The food was exquisite and the service impeccable. Our waiter was extremely accommodating to changes on the menu list. I would definitely go back there again."

  • "Caffe Regatta was a very pleasant dining experience. Everything was cooked just right. We had the Calamari appetizer which was cooked just right and the main courses were delicious, seafood was really good and the dessert, Tiramisu was excellent. Great place for a dinner for 2."

  • "The steamed lobster was excellent, but the grilled one, not so much. Even before 7pm, they had already run out of the special soup. Go early for a quieter dining experience. By 8:30, the noise was a din."

  • "After a last-minute search for a Valentine's Day restaurant, we got lucky with an opening at Caffe Regatta. We had never heard of it, but decided to try. We were very glad we did. For appetizers, we had oysters and the calamari. For entrees, we had the scallops and crab-crusted cod. It was all excellent. Will definitely return."

  • "There are some great new additions to the restaurant scene in lower Westchester, but Caffe Regatta has been around awhile for a reason. Great bar and friendly bartender, attentive and knowledgeable waiter, big selection, four diners were very happy with selections. The first wine we selected was unavailable but the suggested alternative was excellent and very well-priced. Portions were quite large but ONE of us made room for dessert. We'll definitely add this to our list of regular dining destinations."

  • "We have eaten at Caffe Regatta many times, but never for brunch. The brunch menu is very varied, with breakfast, lunch and dinner type chooses, including soups and salads. I enjoy their food and always try to sample something different, although I do have my favorites. I started with the flatbread covered with Fig, Mascarpone, Proscuitto and Honey... simply delicious and definitely enough for 2 to share as an appetizer. I then had the lobster eggs benedict, which were good, although the homefries needed seasoning and were not as hot temperature wise as I would have liked. My husband started with the mussels (which are always great) and then had a Crab Cake BLT. It was huge and very tasty. Not for a light eater."

  • "DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! We made a reservation, the restaurant was 1/2 empty and we waited 1 hour and still hadn't received any food even our Cold appetizers (Shell Fish tower) and even the manager, who we had to find, responded that they were working ona big take out order and din't know when we would be served and that "There is nothing I can do". No apology, nothing. We paid for the wine we drank and left 1 hour and 15 minutes after we arrived and having never been served any food!"

  • "I have been to the restaurant for dinner and brunch and each time it's been wonderful. The food is delicious and I love the quiet atmosphere. I have enjoyed fish there as well as steak dishes. The brunch is just great with a menu that offers quite a variety. I would recommend this restaurant to friends (and I have) and will definitely make this one of our usual places!"

  • "I've dined here for lunch but the brunch menu is off the charts. A huge selection of great food, reasonably priced and full of flavor. Desserts were phenomenal and service was top notch."

  • "This used to be my favorite restaurant in town. I LOVE fish. BUT, it hasn't been as good lately. I found brunch was a better bet, but less fish-centric. I'm afraid the turnover isn't what it used to be so fish isn't as fresh as it used to be. Last time I had the signature tuna tartare, the potato gaufrette tasted stale like it had been made the day before--it wasn't crisp. This past visit, I ordered a glass of sauvignon blanc that was listed from France. What I received definitely tasted more New World. When I asked about the wine that I ordered, I was told that the one I was drinking was from South America. I wouldn't have minded if they had explained the switch, but even when I asked about it, the response was weird."
