"Not as spectacular as our first visit. I had small plates: scallops with asian slaw (1 scallop sliced in 1/2), carrots (good), spaghetti squash with (few) mushrooms and arugula, and spring rolls. My dinner partner had tough hanger steak with bland fingerling potatoes. We'll go back, but not with as must enthusiasm as we had after our first visit."

"Casual industrial ambience. Outstanding menu and execution. Brody our server knew the menu and accommodated our dining pace request. Unique taste combinations are complex and sublime. Sea scallops with forbidden black rice and asian slaw was impeccably prepared & presented and made our palates dance with joy. The grapefruit dessert (seriously) was excellent. It was difficult to choose what to order - so much of the menu sounded great. Prior to our visit to Caffe Niche, our favorite upscale dining venue was The Paris. Without question, it's now Caffe Niche."

"Used Open Table.com as we were walking around at City Creek Saturday night. After being around thousands of people we wanted to get away to a quiet and relaxing location for dinner. I booked it on my phone and had a reservation in minutes - they were ready when we got there. The food was amazing. Wine corkage is reasonable. Thanks I recommend it to all my friends."

"Four of us dined on Saturday night each ordering something different. The waiter was attentive to our needs and knowledgable about the menu items and specials, even offering kudus when one of his favs was ordered. 3 of the 4 meals arrived together with apologies on the fourth, which the kitchen seemed to have some issues with. As a result we were offered a free dessert as compensation which I though was a nice touch for a minor issue. The mushroom bruschetta was to die for!"
